Oh no, did the merchant refuse to honor your certificate? That’s not cool! Here’s what you can do:
- Let Us Know: We’re bummed to hear about the trouble and we want to help. Drop us a line with the certificate number so we can dig into what’s going on.
- We’re On It: While we can’t spill the beans about our contract with the merchant, we take these reports seriously and will investigate faster than you can say “discount.”

For an Expired Certificate:
Expired certificates can be a real bummer, especially when the merchant isn’t playing ball. Here’s what we can do:
- We’ll Escalate: If your certificate is expired and the merchant won’t honor it, we can pass your issue to our Merchant Support team. We’ll push them to take a closer look.
- The Legal Scoop: Unfortunately, honoring expired certificates is more about federal law than our policies. If the merchant is being stubborn, we can’t offer a refund or credit since the deal is out of our hands once it’s expired.
